Determining Your Hat Size: A Step-by-Step Guide
To find the perfect fit for your hat, follow these easy steps:
1. Gather your tools: Grab a measuring tape or a piece of string that you can measure later.
2. Position the tape: Place the measuring tape around your head, ensuring it sits at the middle of your forehead and about 1/8″ above your ear. Make sure it's snug but not overly tight.
3. Take the measurement: Hold the tape firmly in place and note the measurement. Refer to the chart below to find your hat size.
4. In between sizes? If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend ordering the larger size for a more comfortable fit. We also offer hat-size reducers to help snug up your new hat if necessary.
By following these simple steps, you'll be able to determine your hat size accurately and ensure a comfortable and stylish fit.
Processing time for orders shipping with ground shipping is 1-3 business days. Orders placed with expedited shipping options and international orders will be shipped same-day or the next business day if placed after 2:00 pm EST.
Once an order has been submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided with your order. To cancel an order, please immediately call our Customer Service department toll-free at 833-326-3487. We cannot guarantee that cancellation will be possible.
Regular DapperFam order fulfillment hours are Mon to Fri, 7am to 5pm. We ship from our distribution center in Shelbyville, KY. Any orders placed on the weekend or during holidays will begin processing on the next following business day (excluding holidays).

Returns Policy
Not fully satisfied with your DapperFam online purchase? You're welcome to return items that are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached, either for a refund. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges or any transaction fees. In collaboration with re:do, DapperFam ensures a seamless and efficient return or exchange process. Be aware of a minimal restocking fee of 10% for returns, which will be subtracted from your refund.
Alternatively, exchanging unworn and unused merchandise does not result in a restocking fee.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of shipment.
