We've made the process as simple and convenient as possible with our fair and balanced return policy, designed to protect your interests while maintaining a smooth and efficient experience. Please take a moment to review our policy details below.

Re:do Returns (US orders only)

Customers now have the option to pay $2.98 at the time of purchase to later qualify for a free return on that order.

If you did not purchase Re:do you can still use our return portal below and purchase a return label. No return fee is deducted from your refund total!

What is Re:do?

When you opt-in for our $2.98 exchange protection plan during checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for an exchange or store credit for FREE.

International Orders

International clients ( located outside of the US ) are responsible for the cost of shipping for the initial order.

International clients are also responsible for the shipping cost of any return. DAPPERFAM does not provide return labels to International customers. However, DAPPERFAM will cover the cost of shipping exchange item(s) to international orders after a return item has been received. 

International clients are responsible for customs, border, tax and or duty fees.

Before initiating an international exchange or return, please reach out to support@dapperfam.com for return / exchange approval. 

Expedited Shipping

Clients have the option to pay for expedited shipping via UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air ( applies only to US orders ).

Orders must be placed before 2 pm Eastern Standard Time for same day shipping. Expedited orders only apply to business days.

Any expedited or Next Day Air orders placed over the weekend or Thursday after 2 pm EST will be shipped on Monday.

If Saturday Delivery is a must, please call us before Fri 2pm EST to purchase the UPS Saturday Delivery option for an additional $16 USD

Shipment times for sales orders and orders placed during the Holidays may be effected shipment times.

Damages and Issues

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order.

To be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit, all returned items and their accessories must be in their original packaging and have the labels attached. This includes shoe bags, shoe horns, shoe trees, hat size reducers, and any other items included in the original shipment.

Additionally, all items must be unworn, unopened, and in new condition. Please note that any indication of wear or attempts to modify the item, such as stretching, shrinking, or applying substances, will void DAPPERFAM's return policy.

● Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.

Exchanges

Clients who purchase Re:do have access to one (1) exchange per order number at no extra charge.
If a client does not purchase Re:do, they will be responsible to cover the cost of shipping for any return / exchange.

Once the client's returned item has been received, assessed and approved, our return/exchange system will automatically create the new exchange order.

The sooner you ship back your return in pristine condition, the sooner we can ship your exchange item.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received, it may take 1-3 days for the item to be processed and reviewed. If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method.

Please remember it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

● Orders returned for refund my be subject to a Transaction Fee.
● Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Lost or Stolen Packages

DAPPERFAM is not liable for any lost or stolen packages.If you suspect a package has been lost or stolen, please contact your local law enforcement agency.

Final Sale Items

Please be aware that items labeled as "clearance," "end of season," "last chance," or similar promotions are considered final sale.

DAPPERFAM is unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items as they have been significantly marked down in price and/or have been discontinued.

Special Footwear Return Guidelines

To ensure the integrity and quality of our footwear, any and all fitment tests must be performed on carpeted surfaces.

Returned shoes must be in their original packaging with all attached tags, showing no visible signs of wear. Accessories and shoe care items must be unopened and unworn.

Free Promotional / Gift Items

When you purchase items from us and receive free promotional or gift items as part of that purchase, these items are considered part of the overall transaction. If you decide to return your purchased items, please be aware that the value of any promotional or gift items that you choose to keep will be deducted from your refund amount.

Cancellations

We understand that mistakes in placing an order do happen from time to time. You might want to cancel order before it's fulfilled. If so, we're here to help.

A full refund will be issued minus 3% (transaction fees) if notified by phone within 1 business day of purchase, and prior to fulfillment.

Store credit will be issued for cancellation requests made on orders older than 24 hours.

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

● Shipping and handling costs are not refundable

● Clearance items and 25% OFF items are final sale and cannot be returned

● Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging

● Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Custom / made-to-order products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Therefore, it is very important that you select the correct size and understand the color differences between screens and reality.

DAPPERFAM reserves the right to make exceptions for returns or exchanges in cases where there's a defect or quality issue due to manufacturing, which can be attributed to DAPPERFAM.
