What is your return policy?

Not satisfied with your purchase? No problem. The item must simply be in it's original condition and packaging and shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery. If you have any questions, you can always contact us via email, chat, phone.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Contact us via email, chat, or phone.within 30 days of the purchase.
Merchandise must be unworn with original tags attached. Returns after 30 days are only available for merchandise credit. Items returned due to wrong size are eligible for refund or exchange but the shipping expense is the customer's responsibility.

How can I determine what size hat is right for me?

Please consult our online size chart for specific measurements. If you have any questions about the fit of a particular style or would like a recommendations, please contact one of our Style team members via email, chat, or phone.

What if my hat size is in between 2 sizes?

No problem. With every purchase we give you a hat sizing tape. This can be inserted in the sweatband and help give you a more snug fit to your head.

What is the best hat shape for me?

Hats are very personal. There's a hat out there for everyone... and once you find it, you'll know. We're good at playing matchmaker. We want to help you find the perfect hat. Read our blog article to find which hat shape is best for your face.

How big are most of the brims on your hats?

The brim sizes vary depending on the style of the hat. Some modern slim hats start at 1 3/8" and can go up to 3+". Please refer to our shape guide to find the right hat for you.

What if I don't like the fit of my hat or it is the wrong size?

We gladly accept returns. However, if you purchased the wrong size you will have to pay the shipping back and forth to exchange your hat. However, if the item is damaged or our fault we will gladly send you a pre-paid return label.

Do you price match?

Price Matches

If within 7 days of your DapperFam purchase, you find the identical item sold for a lower price by a different online retailer, DapperFam will match the competitor's advertised whole price, including any applicable shipping fees charged by the other retailer.. Please email support@dapperfam.com with a link to the identical item on the other site to verify an eligible price match.

Our policy requires:

* Price match must be on item of identical style, size, and color.

* The item must be first quality.

* We will not price match factory seconds, open-box items, any non-new merchandise, or items sold at auction or by a wholesaler or liquidator.

* The identical item must be in stock on the retailer's site.

* The retailer's promotions must be publicly visible on their site for verification and not require sign up.

* The retailer's first time customer and other personalized coupons do not apply.

* The retailer's website must be an authorized distributor of the brand.

* The retailer's price must be published in U.S. dollars.

* During DapperFam promotions, items can be discounted through either a price match or a DapperFam promotion, but not a combination of both.
* DapperFam is obligated to charge any applicable sales tax on the competitor's price.

Price Adjustments

If an item you previously purchased from DapperFam is marked down within seven (7) days of the original order date, DapperFam will adjust the price of an item, once. To verify a price adjustment, please email.support@dapperfam.com.

Include your original order number with your request.

Eligible refunds will be applied to your original form of payment.

Please note that any promotional pricing is for a limited time only and cannot be honored after the sale has ended.

All price match requests are conditional and subject to approval.

What if I need to change my address?

We ship fast, so if you would like to change your shipping address, contact us via email, chat, or phone as soon as possible and we'll have your address corrected prior to shipping.

How do I change or cancel my order?

What if my items are damaged or incorrect?

If you've received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us by email, chat, or phone.within 48 hours of receiving the product with your order number, shipping address, and photographs of the damaged item. We'll respond as quickly as possible, and do all that we can to rectify the situation for you.

When will I receive my exchanged item?

Once we receive the item with the wrong size and it is inspected, we will re-ship out the correct size and email you the tracking number. If you have any questions regarding your order, contact us via email, chat, or phone

Where's my package?

Once your order has left our facilities, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your package as it makes its way to your doorstep. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Depending on the type of shipping you choose when you purchased your item - most items can take anywhere from 2-5 business days depending on the carrier. We normally ship via UPS or USPS and you'll be able to track your package once you receive the shipment information from us.

How do I know that my online purchase is secure?

DaapperFam.com secures and encrypts all traffic with our clients via SSL. Your information is kept secure while you're making your purchase.

What payment methods does DapperFam accept?

We accept Paypal, All major Credit Cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, AfterPay and ShopPay.

Can I special order a particular hat?

Absolutely! We're authorized resellers of the best brands in the world. Simply contact us via email, chat, or phone with some basic information of the item you're interested in including:

* Product Name

* Where you've seen this product

* Image(s)/examples of this product

We will either have it in stock, or we will try our hardest to source it for you. Special order items and customized / personalized items are not returnable.

I am having trouble selecting my size. Is it in stock?

When selecting your size, if the size has a strikethrough that means it is temporarily out of stock. In place of the 'Add To Cart' button, a 'Notify Me When Available” button will appear. Click this and fill the form and you'll be emailed when your size becomes available again. For any questions concerning size and availability please contact us via email, chat, or phone.

PROMOTIONS / HOLIDAYS

Are any items excluded from promotion codes?

In general, promotion codes cannot be used on gift cards, alongside other promo codes, previous purchases and promotional-priced products. Additionally, we will not honor expired promotional deals. All valid promotions and discounts will automatically be taken out at the in your shopping cart.

Can I apply a promotion code to an order I already placed?

Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively apply promotion codes to any orders.

What is your return policy during the Holiday Seasons?

For products purchased between November 23 and December 25 we gladly accept returns for a full refund for 60 days after purchase date. We will accept returns for store credit for 30 days after the 60-day full refund period. There are no refunds on gift cards.
