Not satisfied with your purchase? No problem. The item must simply be in it’s original condition and packaging and shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery  If you have any questions, you can always contact us via email, chat, phone.

Merchandise must be unworn with original tags attached. Returns after 30 days are only available for merchandise credit. Items returned due to wrong size are eligible for refund or exchange but the shipping expense is the customer's responsibility.

Yes, we do!

Yes, we ship to most international countries. Any import duties, taxes or fees are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. International Orders may require 3-5 business days or more of additional processing time prior to shipment. Orders will be shipped by USPS Express Mail International or USPS Priority International. We have found that to be the most cost efficient, timely and reliable shipping method for International Orders. Typical transit time will be a minimum of 7-14 business days.

Fit & Sizing

Please consult our online size chart for specific measurements. If you have any questions about the fit of a particular style or would like a recommendations, please contact one of our Style team members via email, chat, or phone.

No problem. With every purchase we give you a hat sizing tape. This can be inserted in the sweatband and help give you a more snug fit to your head.

Hats are very personal. There’s a hat out there for everyone... and once you find it, you’ll know. We’re good at playing matchmaker. We want to help you find the perfect hat. Read our blog article to find which hat shape is best for your face.

The brim sizes vary depending on the style of the hat. Some modern slim hats start at 1 3/8" and can go up to 3+". Please refer to our shape guide to find the right hat for you.

We gladly accept returns. However, if you purchased the wrong size you will have to pay the shipping back and forth to exchange your hat. However, if the item is damaged or our fault we will gladly send you a pre-paid return label.

Orders

We ship fast, so if you would like to change your shipping address, contact us via email, chat, or phone as soon as possible and we’ll have your address corrected prior to shipping.

If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us by email, chat, or phone within 48 hours of receiving the product with your order number, shipping address, and photographs of the damaged item. We’ll respond as quickly as possible, and do all that we can to rectify the situation for you.

Once we receive the item with the wrong size and it is inspected, we will re-ship out the correct size and email you the tracking number. If you have any questions regarding your order, contact us via email, chat, or phone

Once your order has left our facilities, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your package as it makes its way to your doorstep. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate.

Depending on the type of shipping you choose when you purchased your item - most items can take anywhere from 2-5 business days depending on the carrier. We normally ship via UPS or USPS and you'll be able to track your package once you receive the shipment information from us.

We will either have it in stock, or we will try our hardest to source it for you. Special order items and personalized items are not returnable.

When selecting your size, if the size has a strikethrough that means it is temporarily out of stock. In place of the 'Add To Cart' button, a 'Notify Me When Available” button will appear. Click this and fill the form and you'll be emailed when your size becomes available again. For any questions concerning size and availability please contact us via email, chat, or phone.

Promotions / Holidays

In general, promotion codes cannot be used on gift cards, alongside other promo codes, previous purchases and promotional-priced products. Additionally, we will not honor expired promotional deals. All valid promotions and discounts will automatically be taken out at the in your shopping cart.

Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively apply promotion codes to any orders.

For products purchased between November 23 and December 25 we gladly accept returns for a full refund for 60 days after purchase date. We will accept returns for store credit for 30 days after the 60-day full refund period. There are no refunds on gift cards.
