A very AWESOME ... very Distinguished piece ... Nothing but compliments .... I have 6 Bruno hat's and usually wear a taller crown... But the very stylish detail of this particular brim highlights my summer white outfits casual or full coat. OUTSTANDING !!!

Beautiful Chinese hats

I have a size 55 head so bought a small on advice from Bruno Capelo, which turned out to a perfect fit.
This is a wonderful looking hat...using a steam iron and a cloth I smoothed out the brim all around and then moulded it into a perfect fedora shape with the back raised and the sides sloping smoothly down to the front part of the brim, al la the old gangster fedora style.
I am quite happy with the hat, I purchased the navy blue with brown hat band version, which looks great with most clothes...Dapperfam were nice enough to supply a hat size reducer that fits inside the inner hat band should I have needed it. (I did not.)
I am only giving it four out of five stars because the hat was made in China and had I been aware of that to begin with I would not have paid so much for it. In fact I would not have bought it at all.
Also the international postage to Australia was very expensive, considering the two hats I bought weigh next to nothing.
Pros: great looking hat, good fit, well made, should last for years, much lighter than wool or fur, well suited for the harsh sun of Australian summers.
Cons: Made in China, very expensive international postage. (I do understand that the postage is set by the US postal contractor and not by Dapperfam.)

Yes they do. We have specially constructed boxes that ensure your hat arrives in perfect condition. Allowing you to wear it proudly as soon as you take it out of the box.

How soon will I receive my order?

We ship from the Midwest, US Monday - Friday.
Most orders Tuesday - Friday ship same day.
With standard shipping, you should receive your order between 1 and 4 business days after its shipped. Expedited shipping options available during checkout.
