Production will have started within 48 hours of receiving your DapperFam Made-To-Order request.
Total production time for your shoes will run between 6 to 8 days (for FastLane MTO orders) or 4-6 weeks (for Standard MTO orders).
During this time we will give the final touches (including hand-painted finishing, brushing, and hand-polishing) to your shoes so that they are impeccable when you receive them.

Standard Made To Order items can take up to 5 weeks to produce and ship, while items marked as Fastlane (excluding additional customizations) can be produced and shipped between 6-8 days after we receive your order.
During this period we carefully finalize and ensure your shoes are in perfect condition upon arrival.

Processing time for orders shipping with ground shipping is 1-3 business days. Orders placed with expedited shipping options and international orders will be shipped same-day or the next business day if placed after 2:00 pm EST.
Once an order has been submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided with your order. To cancel an order, please immediately call our Customer Service department toll-free at 833-326-3487. We cannot guarantee that cancellation will be possible.
Regular DapperFam order fulfillment hours are Mon to Fri, 7am to 5pm. We ship from our distribution center in Shelbyville, KY. Any orders placed on the weekend or during holidays will begin processing on the next following business day (excluding holidays).

Original Goodyear Welted shoes have always been associated with excellence and superior workmanship. This construction process is expensive, time-consuming, and requires highly skilled craftsmanship. For instance, more than 60 craftsmen are involved in the process of manufacturing one of our Goodyear shoes, requiring more than 120 production steps, from beginning to end.
Calfskin Leather Interior
These shoes are fully-lined with soft calfskin leather, which means ultimate comfort. Most companies will only partially line their shoes, but we go the extra mile because it means a more comfortable shoe and less break-in time.

Made-to-order refers to items that are crafted only after a customer places an order, ensuring that the product is tailored to the customer's specific preferences or requirements.

Hand-cut to your specs
The Clicking Department is the first stage of production. The highly skilled Clickers (whose name derives from the clicking sound made when the knife is removed from the leather) use predetermined patterns to intricately cut the shoe‚ uppers and linings. Each Clicker designs and grinds the blade of their knife to their own personal taste and working preference.
