Determining Your Hat Size: A Step-by-Step Guide
To find the perfect fit for your hat, follow these easy steps:
1. Gather your tools: Grab a measuring tape or a piece of string that you can measure later.
2. Position the tape: Place the measuring tape around your head, ensuring it sits at the middle of your forehead and about 1/8″ above your ear. Make sure it's snug but not overly tight.
3. Take the measurement: Hold the tape firmly in place and note the measurement. Refer to the chart below to find your hat size.
4. In between sizes? If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend ordering the larger size for a more comfortable fit. We also offer hat-size reducers to help snug up your new hat if necessary.
By following these simple steps, you'll be able to determine your hat size accurately and ensure a comfortable and stylish fit.

Each Bailey Waits Pork Pie Hat is made from a blend of paper straw and polypropylene to ensure years-long wear and durability. The moisture-wicking sweatband band makes it ideal for warm-weather wear and the cotton fabric of the band is perfect for comfortable all-day style. The iconic Bailey logo is visible along the band ribbon of every piece.

Do your hats ship in a box?
Yes they do. We have specially constructed boxes that ensure your hat arrives in perfect condition. Allowing you to wear it proudly as soon as you take it out of the box.
How soon will I receive my order?
We ship from the Midwest, US Monday - Friday.
Most orders Tuesday - Friday ship same day.
With standard shipping, you should receive your order between 1 and 4 business days after its shipped. Expedited shipping options available during checkout.
